The truth is, we were a systems-focused company long before we recognized it. It’s just what comes naturally to us. While operating as a traditional marketing team, we were creating systems and processes for every aspect of our work. We found joy in numbers and data. We would strive to get from A to B quickly and efficiently, and we were energized when our business became stronger and more profitable because of it. Then we realized we could do the same thing for our clients.
